ChangeTower can monitor product pages, marketplace listings, and fee or rate pages, and notify you when a price or product detail changes. You can track a single product or thousands of pages at once.
Step 1: Start creating a new monitor
In the left navigation menu, click on New Monitor. Choose single-page monitoring to track one product, or Monitor Multiple Pages to track many at once.
Step 2: Enter the URL of the product or pricing page
Use the URL of the specific product, listing, or pricing page, not the store's homepage or search results.
Step 3: Focus on the price
Choose the approach that works best for your pages:
Specific Elements – click on the price (and any other details, like availability) in the page screenshot so you're only notified when those change. Our guide to monitoring specific elements shows you how.
Smart Monitor – describe the change in plain language, for example "Notify me when the price changes," "Notify me when the product goes out of stock or back in stock," or "Notify me when a fee on this page is increased." Read our Smart Monitor guide to learn how to set it up.
Tip: If you're importing many product pages at once, a Smart Monitor is usually the best choice, because the same criteria works across pages with different layouts.
Step 4: Customize monitor details
In the Details section, you can:
Set the monitoring frequency based on how often prices change
Add tags by retailer, brand, competitor, or product category
Enable or disable email alerts
Step 5: Create the monitor
Click Create to finish setup. When a price or product detail changes, you'll see it on your Notifications page.
Sending price changes to other tools
If you need price changes in a spreadsheet, database, or internal system, use webhooks to send each change automatically. You can also send notifications to Slack so your team sees them right away.

Create monitors right from your browser
Looking at a product you want to track? With the ChangeTower Chrome extension, you can set up a monitor without leaving the page. Click the ChangeTower icon in your browser toolbar and describe what to watch for, for example "Email me when this product is back in stock" or "Notify me when the price drops."
