ChangeTower allows you to bulk-create monitors by importing a list of URLs instead of creating them one by one. All imported monitors can share the same settings, criteria, and notification options.
Step 1: Start creating a new monitor
In the left navigation menu, click on New Monitor, then select the option to Monitor Multiple Pages.
Step 2: Add your list of URLs
In the modal, enter the URLs you want to monitor:
Add one URL per line, or
Click Import from Spreadsheet to upload a file
You can use the provided template or upload your own spreadsheet.
Step 3: Proceed to monitoring setup
Once your URLs are added, continue to the next step to configure monitoring settings.
Step 4: Review and adjust imported URLs
You’ll see the list of URLs you imported. You can add more URLs if needed or remove any that don’t belong.

Adjusting the monitoring threshold
Selecting the monitor type / check type, such as:
Content change monitoring (default)
Keyword change monitoring
Smart Monitor (AI-powered monitoring)
All selected criteria will apply to every URL in the list.
Step 6: Customize monitor details
In the details section, you can:
Add tags to your monitors
Enable or disable email alerts
Set the monitoring frequency
Choose notification behavior (notify only on changes or always notify)
Step 7: Save and import monitors
Click Save to begin importing your monitors. ChangeTower will create the monitors in bulk, and you’ll receive an email once the import is complete.
