Bulk actions let you update several monitors at the same time, so you don't have to open them one by one. This is useful when you want to pause a group of monitors, re-organize them into folders, or clean up monitors you no longer need.
Available bulk actions
Run Now – runs a check on all selected monitors right away, without waiting for their next scheduled run.
Pause – stops the selected monitors from running on their schedule until you resume them.
Resume – restarts paused monitors so they go back to running on their schedule.
Move to folder – moves all selected monitors into a folder of your choice.
Archive – removes the selected monitors from your active monitors list.
Step 1: Navigate to the Monitors page
In the left navigation menu, click on Monitors to see all monitors in your workspace. To work with a smaller group, open one of your folders, or use Search and Filter to narrow the list first.
Step 2: Select the monitors
Select the checkboxes next to the monitors you want to update. To select every monitor in the list, click the checkbox in the table header.
Step 3: Choose a bulk action
Once monitors are selected, the button in the top-right corner shows how many you picked, for example (4) Multiple selected. Click it and choose the action you want to apply: Run Now, Pause, Resume, Move to folder, or Archive.
Step 4: Confirm the action
If you chose Move to folder, pick the destination folder. The action is then applied to all selected monitors at once.
Tips
Use tags and folders to group related monitors, so you can quickly find and select them later.
Before archiving, double-check your selection, since the action applies to every selected monitor.
