Once you have default or custom states available in your workspace, you can use them to categorize notifications individually or in bulk. This makes it easier to manage and review changes across your workspace.

Step 1: Open the Notifications page

In the left navigation menu, click on Notifications to view all notifications in your workspace.

Step 2: Categorize a single notification

Click on a notification you want to review. In the notification overview, use the State dropdown in the top-right corner to select the appropriate state.

Step 3: Add a note (optional)

Before confirming the state change, you can add a note about the notification. Adding a note is optional. Click Confirm to apply the state.

Step 4: Categorize multiple notifications at once

From the Notifications page, select the checkboxes next to the notifications you want to categorize. Click the Multiple Selected dropdown and choose Change State.

Step 5: Apply state and note

Select the desired state and optionally add a note. Click Confirm to apply the state and note to all selected notifications.
