The ChangeTower browser extension lets you set up a monitor for any page you're looking at, without opening ChangeTower in another tab.
Step 1: Install the extension
Open the ChangeTower extension on the Chrome Web Store and click Add to Chrome. It works in Chrome and other Chromium-based browsers such as Edge, Brave, and Arc.
Step 2: Pin the extension (optional)
Click the puzzle piece icon in your browser toolbar and pin ChangeTower, so the icon is always visible while you browse.
Step 3: Sign in
Click the ChangeTower icon and sign in with your ChangeTower account. Monitors you create from the extension are added to your workspace, the same as ones you create in the app.
Step 4: Create a monitor from any page
Go to the page you want to watch and click the ChangeTower icon. Describe what you want to be notified about, for example:
Email me when this product is back in stock
Notify me if the price changes
Tell me when a new job posting is added
Click "Create Monitor" to finish monitor setup. The monitor starts checking the page right away.
Step 5: Manage the monitor in ChangeTower
Monitors created from the extension appear in your monitor list, where you can rename them, add tags, change the frequency, or adjust what's being tracked.
Good to know
Monitors from the extension count toward your plan's page limit, just like any other monitor.
