ChangeTower's MCP server lets you work with ChangeTower from your AI assistant. Ask it to review alerts, check your monitors, or start watching a new page. It works with Claude (claude.ai, Claude Desktop, and Claude Code), ChatGPT, and Gemini.
Step 1: Add the ChangeTower MCP server
In your assistant, add a new MCP server or connector and paste this URL:
https://api.changetower.com/mcp
Where this option lives depends on your assistant. It's usually under Settings, in a section called Connectors, Integrations, or MCP servers.
Step 2: Sign in
When prompted, sign in with your ChangeTower account. There are no API keys to copy and nothing to download.
Step 3: Approve access
Approve the connection. Your assistant can reach only the workspaces you belong to, with the same permissions you have in the app.
Step 4: Start asking
Once you're connected, you can:
Review alerts across your monitors
Check monitor status
Create new monitors from a URL
Browse your workspaces and folders
Try prompts like:
"Which of my monitors raised alerts this week?"
"Are any of my monitors paused?"
"Watch this pricing page and tell me if the Enterprise price changes."
"What is in my Client A folder?"
Good to know
MCP is available on the Business and Enterprise plans.
Monitors your assistant creates count toward your plan's page limit, like any other monitor.
Your assistant can only do what your role allows. If you can't create monitors in the app, it can't either. Read more about roles and permissions.
