Tags help you stay organized when managing many monitors in ChangeTower. By adding custom tags, you can filter your dashboard and monitor lists to quickly focus on the monitors and changes that matter most.
Step 1: Open Workspace Settings
In the left navigation menu, click on Settings, then open Workspace Settings.
Step 2: Go to the Tags tab
Within Workspace Settings, click on the Tags tab. You will see a table listing all existing tags in your workspace.
Step 3: Create a new tag
Click Create New Tag. Enter a tag name and an optional description, then save the tag.
Step 4: Edit or archive tags
From the tags table, you can:
Edit a tag’s name or description
Archive tags you no longer need
Step 5: Use tags on monitors
Tags are shared across the workspace and are visible to all team members. You can apply tags to any monitor and use them to filter the dashboard or monitor lists for faster access.
